At Jewels By Priyanshee, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.
You received a defective product.
You received an incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings and pierced jewellery
Products showing signs of use
Items damaged after delivery
Sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, subject to stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
